Newtown 1894 Owners Association, Inc.
 
Newtown 1894 Owners Association, Inc. was incorporated in 2005 with construction beginning soon thereafter. The neighborhood, constructed in three phases over the course of 11 years, consists of 165 single-family homes, ranging from 1,350 to 2,100 square feet.
 
Newtown 1894 is conveniently located close to downtown Newberry, Dudley Farm Historic State Park, Easton-Newberry Sports Complex, and more!  
 
The Association's quarterly assessments cover a variety of amenities, including our entrance sign, plantings, and fences, along with a basketball court, a tennis court, a shelter, sidewalks, and a playground.

Our Name
How did we get our name?  The city of Newberry was originally founded as the town of Newton in March of 1894.  Later that year, the city's name was changed to Newberry, but our neighborhood holds on to this bit of local history by honoring the past with our name.

The Board meets quarterly and may be reached in between meetings through our management partner, Vesta Property Services. Vesta has an office in Gainesville, open Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM.  The office does close for lunch each day from Noon to 1 PM, but there are plenty of alternate ways to reach them, as well.
